Lucknow: Uttar Pradesh (UP) Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath (Yogi Adityanath) has made a big announcement for the media personnel of the state. He has said that media workers in the state will be given priority in vaccination (Corona Vaccination).
‘Separate centers will be created for media workers’
Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath ordered the officers to create separate Corona Vaccination Centers for media professionals. If needed, vaccination should be done after following the prescribed standards even by visiting their workplaces. Along with the media workers, free vaccination of their 18-year-old family members should also be done.
Stalin has also announced
Let us tell you that before this, MK Stalin, President of DMK, who won the Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly elections, has also declared media workers as frontline workers. He has announced that media personnel will be given priority in the Corona Vaccination being held in the state.
These governments have also announced
Governments of West Bengal, Andhra Pradesh and Odisha have also announced to give priority to corona vaccination considering media professionals as frontline workers. The governments of these states have demanded from the Center to increase the supply of vaccine.
Special testing campaign in UP from tomorrow
Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath (Yogi Adityanath) has also issued a number of instructions to Team-9 formed for the management of Corona in UP. CM has told Team-9 that from May 5, special Kovid Testing campaign is starting in the whole of UP. In this campaign, committees go door-to-door to check people with infrared thermometers. Also, oxygen level of people should also be checked with pulse oximeter.
CM directed that those who show signs of corona, should be immediately tested with antigen kit. Treatment of the patient should be started on the report of the test. Medical kits should be given to the patient before being placed in home isolation. He should be duly informed about the necessary precautions.
‘Help to get oxygen refilled’
CM Yogi said that the availability of oxygen should be ensured to the people undergoing treatment in home isolation. If a patient’s family is trying to get the cylinder of oxygen refilled, it should be helped.
