- Unboxing Video Requirement: To initiate the exchange process, you must provide an unboxing video of the product. This helps us verify the condition of the product and ensures a smooth exchange.
2. Replacement Process
Once we receive the return request with the required unboxing video, we will send you a replacement order for the same item or a similar product (subject to availability).
3. Return Conditions
- The item must be in its original, unused condition, with all packaging, tags, and accessories intact.
- We do not accept returns for products that are not damaged or defective.
4. Refunds
- No Refunds: Please note, we do not offer refunds. Instead, we provide exchanges for defective or incorrect items.

5. Shipping for Exchanges
