We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payment methods, including credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets. COD is available for all orders across India.

8. Exchange Policy

• Exchange Only: We offer an exchange policy for eligible items within 7 days of delivery. If your item is damaged or incorrect, you can exchange it for the same or a different item (subject to availability).
• Unboxing Video: An unboxing video is required for all exchanges. The video helps us verify the condition of the product. Exchanges will not be processed without the video.
• Condition for Exchange: The product must be unused, with all tags and original packaging intact.

9. International Shipping
Currently, we offer shipping within India only. We are working on expanding to international markets in the future.

10. Delivery Issues & Customer Support
In case of any delivery issues such as delays, damage, or incorrect items, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will assist you promptly with resolving the issue and processing the exchange.
